Welcome to my practice! After almost 20 years, I am happier than ever to be an orthodontist, and love coming to work every day. It is incredibly rewarding to not only transform someone's smile but to help in building that person's character and self–esteem. You simply cannot say enough about the value of self–confidence and a pleasing smile is a very helpful step in gaining that confidence.

As a clinical assistant, I get the chance to meet new people every day, and provide treatment for patients I care about. I have been with the office for over 20 years, and look forward to coming to work every day! I love the hands-on aspect of orthodontics. What I do for patients during visits helps lead to a beautiful new smile, and that makes my job so rewarding! I also love meeting new people and building relationships with the patients of all ages.

In the Community
I truly love living in Southern California. I was born and raised in Santa Monica, where I live now with my wife, Cassandra, and our two wonderful children. We also have two yellow labs to keep us company! In my spare time, I enjoy playing basketball, baseball and paddle tennis. I am also an avid photographer and spend lots of time taking pictures. In order to become an orthodontist, I first attended the University of California in Los Angeles before moving on to Dental School and Orthodontic School, both at the University of Southern California.

Although my formal education is complete, I always keep up with the latest developments in dental methods and technology. This is the best way I know to ensure that my services are the most efficient and comfortable available today. I want only the best for my patients!

​In the Office
Our team is clearly more than a team, they are a family. Collectively they have been in this practice for over 100 years. Yvette, Maria and Angel have been with me for over 20 years each and Paula worked with my father in the practice for several years before I took over. It is always nice to go to an office where the surroundings and the people are familiar.


We clearly love our jobs and it shows! The office environment is professional yet comfortable. There is always lots fun and positive interaction with all the members of the staff and the patients. It is so enjoyable to be a part of our patients' lives. Whether they are young or old, building the relationships and friendships during the course of treatment and in the many years after is a privilege.​

Meet the team

Yvette

As our treatment coordinator, I help all our new patients learn about their treatment plan. I have worked for Dr. Bloore for over 22 years but have been in the orthodontic field for over 30 years! I love seeing the smile transformations that are created every day by Dr. Bloore and our wonderful team.

Angel

Welcome to our office. I’m a clinical assistant for Dr. Bloore, and have worked here for almost 20 years. I love the technical details of orthodontics as well as the new challenges and techniques that arise daily. I learn something new each day that I work here, either from Dr. Bloore or our patients! I enjoy getting to know each person who walks in the door and making them feel comfortable.

Paula

I am our scheduling coordinator, so I help our all patients schedule their appointments with us. I have worked in orthodontics for almost 40 years, first for Dr. Bloore's father and now for Dr. Bloore. My favorite thing about working here is meeting the children of our former patients and catching up with their lives. I enjoy the interactions I have with all our patients and families on their way in and out of our office.
